Shipping & Delivery
All orders are discreetly shipped in an unmarked, padded envelope as standard. The only visible information on the package will be a printed address label.
Your seeds will remain in their original breeder packs.
Yes, Dope Breeders offers worldwide shipping, so you can place an order for delivery anywhere in the world.
By ordering from us, you confirm that you’ve reviewed and are compliant with your local laws (as outlined in our site disclaimer).
With the Dope Breeders Guarantee, we’ll resend any packages missing due to courier error at no cost. However, please note that we cannot be held responsible for actions taken by Customs and Excise.
To minimise risk, we take all possible measures to ensure discretion in all of our packaging. However, if a package is intercepted due to local regulations, it falls outside our guarantee and will not be eligible for an automatic free replacement.
Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the next working day. If you miss the cut-off, your order will be shipped on the following working day.
You will receive an email confirming we’ve received your order, followed by another once it has been dispatched. Tracking is included as standard on all orders.
Our courier aims to deliver within 2-3 working days for domestic orders. For International Tracked shipments, delivery is expected within 5 working days for Europe or 5-10 working days worldwide.
These delivery times are targets provided by the courier. Once dispatched, we are unable to expedite the process, but we’ll always do our best to resolve any delays.
GB Standard Tracked: £3.50 – delivery within 2-3 working days. Free for orders over £100.
International Tracked: £9.95 – delivery time varies by location (typically 5-10 working days).
Returns & Refunds
We’re passionate about providing excellent customer support. That’s why, if you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’ll issue a full refund for any reason, as long as the product is returned in new, unused, and unopened condition. Please note that while the cost of the items will be refunded, we cannot refund any shipping charges.
Return requests must be submitted to our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order. You can reach out via the web form on our contact page or by emailing email@dopebreeders.com. We will then provide further guidance and return instructions.
We’re happy to exchange an order for a different item, provided the request is made within 7 days of receiving your delivery. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us first to submit your request. Let us know which replacement items you’d like, and if there’s a price difference, we’ll calculate and arrange any additional charges or refunds as needed. We’ll do our best to fulfil your request, subject to availability. Please note that while we’ll cover the shipping cost of sending your exchange, any original shipping charges cannot be refunded. All items returned for exchange must be in their original packaging, unopened and unused; otherwise, the request will be rejected.

If your order was processed successfully, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email. Please first check your registered email address and junk mail folders for this confirmation. If you’re unable to find it, reach out to us via our web form or at email@dopebreeders.com so we can investigate further.
At checkout, you can choose from the following payment options:
- Credit/debit card: Mastercard, Visa, Maestro
- Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin, ETH, LTC, XRP, USDT, USDC*
- Direct bank transfer
- Cash by post
- UK customers: Direct bank transfer (BACS)

Credit or debit card transactions made via Dope Breeders will appear on your statement as “APXE Ltd” with no mention of or affiliation with cannabis. This ensures your shopping experience with us remains 100% discreet.
Dope Breeders currently doesn’t offer gift vouchers, but it’s something we’re exploring for the future.
