Monster Gelato by Monster Genetics is a sativa-dominant hybrid (65%) bred from the exceptional Monster Girl Scout Cookies and Californian Sunset Sherbet strains. As flowering progresses, cooler night temperatures can provoke stunning purple hues in the plants. This highly resinous strain is ideal for creating extracts and concentrates.
Suited for both indoor and outdoor growing, Monster Gelato thrives best in warm, Mediterranean-like climates. Indoors, these plants reach a medium height of 90 – 120 cm, with a flowering period of 8 – 9 weeks and impressive yields of around 550 gr/m2. Outdoors, the plants can grow significantly taller, between 160 – 250 cm, and produce as much as 1000 gr. per plant. The buds are visually striking with a blue-green shade and bright orange pistils that may turn purple in cooler conditions.
With high terpene production, Monster Gelato boasts a vibrant fruity flavor complemented by minty undertones. The THC content can reach up to 26%, delivering an intense cerebral effect that’s both stimulating and highly psychoactive.
